eShowLeads is an affordable smartphone/tablet based lead retrieval system for small events that lack scannable badges. Attendee data is looked up by the exhibitor from the registration database stored on the eShowLeads server. eShowLeads provides something for everyone: Exhibitors get a spreadsheet and a pdf report containing the leads collected within 48 hours of the show closing, Attendees get an email from the organizer with a link to a webpage listing the exhibitors they visited including website URL and email address, and the organizer receives a report of various metrics about the show and an archieve file of all leads collected. eShowMail recognizes the fact that in recent years, it has become more common that attendee email addresses are not being shared with exhibitors. At most events, exhibitors want to contact attendees to invite them to visit their trade show booth or share other information. In turn, attendees would like to know what new products and services are being offered at your event without being bombarded by a ton of emails. However, when attendee lists are sent to exhibitors, there is the chance that the list will be abused. eShowMail allows your exhibitors to email attendees while protecting against all unauthorized use of your attendee list. Badges of all kinds can be easily scanned by FulfillLit and qualification data/notes entered for use in later follow-up. Emails can be sent directly from the booth with a link to a landing page where the attendee can download the documents they requested in the booth, saving time and money for all parties.
